The Ascender Standard Plus is a full-sized electric guitar reimagined for modern musicians who value exceptional tone, luxurious playability, and unparalleled convenience. Featuring a lightweight, weight-relieved basswood body and Ciari’s patented folding system, the Standard Plus combines innovative design with pro-level features for a seamless blend of performance and portability.
At the heart of the Ascender Standard Plus are dual Seymour Duncan ‘59 humbuckers, delivering the warm, vintage-inspired tone players love, with clarity and sustain for every genre. Paired with a 3-way selector switch, these electronics give you total control over your sound. Whether you’re chasing rich, harmonic humbucker resonance or crisp single-coil articulation, the Ascender Standard Plus delivers with ease.
The mahogany neck features a smooth, shallow C profile and a premium ebony fingerboard for effortless playability. PLEK-machined for precision, the neck offers flawless action, while medium jumbo frets and softened edges ensure comfort during extended sessions. Ciari’s locking tuners keep the guitar perfectly in tune—even after being folded down to a travel-friendly 18.5 inches.
Designed for portability, the Ascender Standard Plus is crafted with touring and travel in mind. The patented folding mechanism uses an aircraft-grade aluminum hinge and a floating tailpiece to keep strings securely in place during transit. Weighing just 7.9 pounds, the guitar fits easily into its included quilted travel bag and can be paired with the optional Ciari Deluxe Carryall Backpack for added convenience.
Finished in stunning Olympic White Gloss or Jet Black Gloss, each model features contrast binding and a stylish custom pickguard for a sophisticated look. With left-handed options available at no extra charge, this guitar is built for every player who demands more from their instrument.
