At Ciari Guitars, we stand behind the exceptional craftsmanship of our instruments. Your new Ciari Ascender is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and manufacturing for the lifetime of the original owner, provided it is used under normal conditions for which it was designed.
Our patented hinge and actuator mechanisms—crafted by engineers with expertise in medical device technology—are guaranteed for life. They’re designed to last a lifetime, just like the passion that drives your music.
What Our Warranty Covers
This lifetime warranty is available exclusively to the original owner when the product is purchased new from Ciari Guitars. To keep things simple, here’s what you need to do:
- Register your guitar: Complete your warranty registration online.
- Save your receipt: Hold on to your proof of purchase—it’s your key to warranty protection.
What Isn’t Covered
While we strive for perfection, there are some situations our warranty doesn’t cover:
- Instruments not purchased directly from Ciari Guitars.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or exposure to extreme humidity, temperature, sunlight, fire, or industrial chemicals.
- Instruments with tampered or missing serial numbers or those serviced by unauthorized technicians.
- Routine maintenance or adjustments, such as truss rod adjustments, intonation setups, string replacements, or cleaning.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the playability or functionality of the instrument, such as minor scratches, blemishes, or variations in wood grain.
- Issues related to battery-powered components, including battery life, damage caused by leaking batteries, or improperly installed batteries.
- Instruments that have been disassembled, modified, or altered in any way not approved by Ciari Guitars.
- Replacement parts or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Normal wear and tear, such as fret wear, scratches, or finish discoloration over time.
Making a Claim Is Easy!
If you encounter a problem covered by our warranty, we’re here to help:
- Contact us: Email our friendly team at info@ciariguitars.com with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos (or a video) if possible.
- Receive your RA number: If we determine a return is necessary, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please write it clearly on the outside of your package before shipping it back to us.
- Ship it safely: Note that shipping costs and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
What Happens Next?
Once your guitar arrives at our facility:
- Inspection within 48 hours: We’ll evaluate your instrument and contact you with the next steps.
- Resolution options: If covered, we’ll repair or replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you.
Replacement Parts Availability
For damage or issues not covered under this warranty, you can purchase replacement parts such as tuners, electronics, or other components directly from Ciari Guitars. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Limitations of Liability
Ciari Guitars cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost time, wages, or profits, or damages to property.
