- Our guitars are assembled and Plek’d in Nashville from a combination of domestic and imported parts with a standard lead time of 4-6 weeks depending upon current order volume.
- For guitars in-stock and ready to ship, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the USA and 10–14 business days internationally.
Additional Details
- Free shipping applies to guitars only. Accessories or other non-guitar products are subject to standard shipping rates.
- Guitars are shipped via ground shipping. Faster delivery options are available at standard carrier rates.
- We partner with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and specialized carriers for reliable and secure deliveries.
Warranty and Returns
- For warranty repairs or exchanges:
- USA customers: We’ll cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement guitar back to you.
- International customers: You are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping the guitar to us and return shipping for warranty repairs or exchanges.
- Any shipping costs incurred by customers are non-refundable, including shipping costs for returns or warranty services.
