30 Day No Risk Returns
At Ciari Guitars, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy for guitars and a 30-day return policy for all other products. Read below for the details to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original box with all included packing materials. Proper packaging ensures safe transit and prevents damage.
2. Like-New Condition: Products must be in "like-new" condition, free from signs of wear, damage, or modifications, including:
- No scratches, dents, or blemishes.
- No altered or removed components.
- Fully functional and meeting factory specifications.
3. Proof of Purchase: Include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return Authorization (RA): Returns must have an RA number (see “How to Initiate a Return” below).
Return Windows
Guitars: Eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
All Other Products: Eligible for return within **30 days** of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Complete the Online Return Form: Visit [CiariGuitars.com/returns](#) and fill out the return form. Include your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Authorization (RA): Once your submission is reviewed, we’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for shipping. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed.
3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original box with all included packing materials, accessories, documentation, and promotional items.
4. Ship the Return Use the provided return shipping label or ship the package to the address specified in the RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Refund Process
Inspection Upon Receipt: After receiving your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3–5 business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection is completed.
Partial Refunds: If the item is not in "like-new" condition or if components are missing, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order guitars.
- Gift cards.
- Merchandise showing signs of misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Items returned without original packaging or a valid RA number.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for another product, you’ll need to complete the return process first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Damage or Defects
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **7 days of delivery**. Use the online return form to report the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
