Combining award-winning design with expert luthier craftsmanship, the Ascender P90 Duo embraces an asymmetric, surf-forward, satin basswood body style, 3+3 headstock, natural-neck finish with ebony fingerboard, Ciari locking tuners, OEM-exclusive Seymour Duncan P90 bridge and neck pickups, master tone and volume electronics, and a distinctive and stylish pick guard.

Compact, foldable, and packing huge sound with unparalleled tone, the Ascender P90 Duo is uniquely designed for the modern musician who demands precision, portability, and most of all…performance. That’s why we use highly accurate, computer-controlled PLEK machining technology to optimize every Ciari neck, ensuring perfect action and flawless playability.

Tonally, the Seymour Duncan P90 bridge and neck pick-ups offer the best of both worlds: the brightness and clarity of a single-coil, but with the mid-range punch of a humbucker. 

Our patented folding system combines an aircraft-grade mid-neck hinge, a translating locking strut to selectively immobilize the hinge, and a floating tail piece to selectively tighten and loosen the strings, which enables the Ascender P90 Duo to fold in half symmetrically for a folded length of 18.5”. When the guitar is folded, elegant string management keeps the strings in place and under light tension (~3 lbs.). Our custom locking tuners ensure everything stays crisp and in tune when unfolded for play.
