What a summer it has been! With safe travel back in swing, Ciari Guitars hit the road hard after raising $1.5M+ in Q2 to scale our collection of professional guitars with patented folding technology.
Our full collection will include several electric models, a carbon fiber acoustic, and a short-scale bass. In fact, we’ve already begun debuting the prototype of our second electric model, complete with its own unique engineering—you won’t want to miss our email update on this.
With both electric guitar models in hand, we held our first “Guitar Pop-Up” in Charlotte, NC where locals played our guitars and met two of the world’s most respected guitar luthiers and innovators, Joe Glaser (of Glaser Instruments in Nashville) and Grover Jackson (founder of Jackson Guitars which sold to Fender).
Next, we headed to Summer NAMM in Nashville to meet up with our industry friends (watch our video recap here), including Nashville-based professional guitarist Steven Nolan. Coincidentally, Steven was the first to play the Ascender professionally on stage back in 2018, and now holds the same honor for our new guitar model. To “set the tone” for Summer NAMM, we hosted a pre-show reception and innovation showcase at Glaser Instruments. Our guests demoed our guitars, checked out products from Glaser Instruments (including Glaser Bender®, Music City Bridge™, Shopflow®), and saw Plek® technology at work.
And lastly, I just returned from a family vacation in Wisconsin where Ciari Guitars made several stage appearances.
